Jan wanted to be in diplomacy which he, in a way, achieved through being a Community Manager in a tech company. And since there was no such position at Mews before, he had the opportunity to build and define the company's tech community. Being a part of the engineering team and its structure, he and his team adopted the product mindset when thinking about building community. A big fan of gamification, sports memorabilia, trivia, Fiat Multipla, as well as many other things you may deem pointless. A Community Manager is like an API.
