Our aim is to inspire, motivate, and awaken professionals of all backgrounds to embrace courage, openness, and collaboration. Through our efforts, we aspire to have a positive impact that extends far beyond gender boundaries.</h3><p></p><h3><a href="https://emojipedia.org/direct-hit" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">🎯</a> Our target audience is you! If you are women, work with women, would like to support women; if you are men, non-binary or any minority, we warmly welcome you, regardless of your career stage.</h3><p></p><h3>🤝 Our meet-ups typically feature a smaller number of attendees, multiple presenters with 20-25 minute talks, open discussions, and networking opportunities.
