Biography

Erin O’Loughlin is currently the Content Design Manager at Mews, leading a fantastic team of content designers building remarkable hospitality experiences. She has worked as a content designer for over a decade in design agencies and tech companies, and has experience both as a lone UX writer and in building and leading teams.

She has lived in Australia, Japan, South Africa, Italy, and now Germany, where in her spare time, she’s a member of Berlin’s vibrant fiction writing community.
