Biography

After studying Automotive Engineering and working as a test engineer, I switched fields to software engineering early on in my career. Working as a game designer and developer, I decided to move to the leadership track and joined Emplifi (Socialbakers) as a team manager in 2020. I currently lead the product engineering department as a director, while running a tiny video game studio on the side. I spend most of my free time doing research on leadership methodologies, creative writing and traveling.

I'm an avid reader and gamer, and I love talking to individuals in the industry about their personal stories and how they grow as a person.
