Tereza is the founder of ReactGirls, where she has taken on several roles from leading the team and organizing educational courses to teaching the React Academy and mentoring women on their journey into IT. Now, her primary focus at ReactGirls is on finding partners and funding and, together with the board, the strategic direction of the nonprofit. In addition, she has worked in software development as a frontend developer at several companies and is currently helping tech unicorn Mews build a developer community and internal training system for aspiring developers.Gallery
