Melissa has coached C-suites through role clarity challenges, designed Centers of Excellence, and helped teams future-proof themselves by addressing systemic gaps and activating human-centered strategies.
Jennie Glazer is the CEO at Coqual, where she leads member engagement, external affairs, finance, people, and technology. With over 25 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups, Jennie has built a career at the intersection of organizational transformation, inclusive leadership, and team development.
Prior to Coqual, she held senior leadership roles at Citi and Morgan Stanley, where she championed agile transformation, DEI strategy, and talent development. Jennie is also the founder of Teamkind, a coaching and consulting practice focused on helping teams achieve big outcomes through psychological safety and human-centered leadership. A passionate advocate for neurodiversity, Jennie serves on the board of EPIC Players, a nonprofit that amplifies neurodivergent talent through the arts.
At this Coqual session with Jennie, Melissa will draw on her background in executive coaching and transformation leadership to explore how we can build inclusive, resilient organizations where belonging, equity, and performance go hand-in-hand.
