We are Community Professionals of Los Angeles, and we work to create meaningful relationships amongst individuals who work in the online community management profession, or adjacent to it.
Please take note of the schedule below. You're welcome to come for coworking, lunch, volunteering, happy hour, or all of it!
Coworking Details:
You're invited to join us at BLANKSPACES in Santa Monica.
Coworking Cost: $20 (special rate provided by BLANKSPACES). Please know that the coworking cost is the same whether you're planning on coming for one hour or for the entire day (9am-5pm). Payment will be made in-person when you arrive at BLANKSPACES.
Deadline to RSVP is end-of-day Friday, February 21.
There is metered street parking or a parking garage under BLANKSPACES. Parking in the garage is $9/hour, or you can obtain a discounted parking pass from the front desk for $15/day.

Introduction Circle/Networking Activity
We'll take some time to get to know one another and share some wins/challenges/questions/etc. (This activity is optional but highly encouraged.)
Lunch
There are several restaurants on Main St., including Holy Guacamole, Heavy Handed, and Triple Beam Pizza. We'll grab some food and eat back at BLANKSPACES. *Please know that everyone will be responsible for the cost of their own lunch, or you're welcome to bring your own.
Optional Volunteer Opportunity: Drive to Collins & Katz Family YMCA
For those who'd like to volunteer for fire aid relief, we'll gather in the BLANKSPACES lobby and drive over (Laura can take up to 4 people in her car) to the Collins & Katz Family YMCA, located at 1466 S Westgate Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025. The drive should take approximately 15 min.
Optional Volunteer Opportunity: Fire Aid Donation Distribution
We'll support the Collins & Katz family's fire relief donation distribution efforts as volunteers. Volunteers may expect to perform the following activities: 1) Greeting community members seeking assistance and helping them fill out an intake form 2) Sorting and preparing items people might need across tables 3) Walking with community members through the room to get supplies ***Volunteering concludes at 6pm, and Laura can drive anyone who needs a ride back to their cars parked at BLANKSPACES.
Alternate Activity: Happy Hour at Lula Cocina Mexicana
For those staying at BLANKSPACES until the end of the workday, Chris will walk folks up to Lula Cocina Mexicana for drinks. Please know that everyone will be responsible for their own food and drink costs. Lula's is located at 2720 Main St, Santa Monica, CA 90405, https://www.lulacocinamexicana.com/.
