🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Parenthood is a major milestone in everyone’s life. We prepare for it, build our careers around it, and often dive right back into work afterward in search of the perfect balance.

At our meetup, hosted by Wrike, we will start with a presentation by 1️⃣ Pavel, titled “Learnings from Parenting That Helped Me Become a Better Manager” For parents and leaders who've been waiting for a sign to take a breath and think. Pavel has been discovering the connection between these 2 roles for the last 5.5 years, and he will share what he believes helped him a lot in his journey. What if we apply modern parenting trends to the workplace? What if we follow the team's rights the same way as the children's? Even the basics of parenting can make us reconsider our approach to teamwork. It's important to stay aware, and don’t get lost in routines, and be there for our children and our teams.

Following Pavel’s talk, we will hear from 2️⃣ Jana, an experienced mother of three and a senior leader at Tesco. She will share her tips and strategies for balancing motherhood and a successful career. If you’re preparing to return to work after parental leave, Jana’s insights will help you navigate the transition with confidence. Her presentation will cover parental leave options, the return-to-work process, time management techniques, and much more.
