Why do we self-sabotage the life we've worked so hard to create? What if self-sabotage isn't failure, but rather a form of inherited survival? Join this workshop to understand both the neuroscience and emotional impact of ancestral trauma and how intergenerational trauma can create an invisible ceiling to limit your joy, ease, and success. You'll learn how these inherited patterns are the nervous system's attempt to protect you, along with tools to gently reset your nervous system - so that you can embrace success without setbacks.

Meenadchi (she/her) is an ancestral healing practitioner, TEDx speaker, and communications expert whose work centers social change and embodied transformation. Using the modality of Family Constellation Therapy, Meenadchi supports changemakers and entrepreneurs understand and release the intergenerational trauma behind limiting beliefs and self-destructive patterns, so that we can do good work without falling into cycles of self-sacrifice and burnout. Meenadchi holds a clinical license in occupational therapy and has historically served communities impacted by gender-based violence, complex trauma, and serious mental illness. She is the author of Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication (2019) and is a faculty member with the Trauma of Money™.
