Calling all engineers and architects interested in software architecture!🚀
Join us for an exciting and informative meetup, connect with other professionals in the field, and gain insights into the latest trends and best practices.
Robin’s talk introduces a unique approach to software design influenced by Agile and DevOps, embracing the unpredictability of future business requirements and technological advancements. With insights from the presenter’s experience, the session examines common pitfalls and introduces Fitness Functions as an essential tool in keeping a project’s evolution on the right path and showcases patterns that promote adaptability and scalability. The talk also addresses a burning question: Is architecture still necessary in Agile?
A good architecture doesn't happen overnight. How do result-oriented processes and research fit together? But even after extensive research, the architecture evolves and you want to build levels of abstractions that make refactoring easier, not harder. Last but not least, the talk will have a look at different architecture levels, from in-project to modules and multiproject architecture.
You probably know some buzzwords regarding software architecture. Lukáš wants to debunk some of them and also point out some very common anti-patterns.
