In this talk, we share how to use Make, AI, and no-code thinking to boost your UX work. We explain how to efficiently conduct research by automating mundane tasks such as requests, recruitment, scheduling, and incentive sending. We demonstrate how to use AI to make sense of feedback, both in research and design activities. You’ll learn that automation and AI aren’t scary or difficult. We discuss these tools' potential and the limitations we need to be aware of. We’ll give you practical and simple examples that any UXer or Product Manager can use to get started.
