We are Community Professionals of Los Angeles, and we work to create meaningful relationships amongst individuals who work in the online community management profession, or adjacent to it.
Please take note of the schedule below. You're welcome to come for coworking, lunch, happy hour, or all of it!
Coworking Details:
You're invited to join us at the BLANKSPACES location in Downtown Santa Monica for a day of coworking, lunch & "Beachside Chat" with Pablo Gonzalez, CEO of Be The Stage, and Happy Hour, all brought to you by the Community Professionals of Los Angeles and our kind sponsors: Be The Stage and Khoros.
Coworking Cost: The first 20 people to RSVP will be covered by our generous sponsors, Be The Stage and Khoros. Attendees beyond that: $20 (special rate provided by BLANKSPACES)*
*Please know that the coworking cost is the same whether you're planning on coming for one hour or for the entire day (9am-5pm). Payment will be made in-person when you arrive at BLANKSPACES.
Deadline to RSVP is end-of-day Friday, December 1.
Parking: It's recommended to park across the street from BLANKSPACES in the City of Santa Monica's Parking Structure 6. It's free for the first 90 minutes. For those who are coworking, BLANKSPACES offers discounted parking validations: $9 for 7.5 hours and $12 for the day.

Lunch - A "Beachside Chat" with special guest Pablo Gonzalez
Pablo Gonzalez, CEO of Be The Stage, host of the B2B Community Builder Show, and co-founder of the Category Thinkers community will be flying in from Florida to lead a "beachside chat" (LA's version of a fireside chat). Pablo is convinced that understanding category design will help community professionals have more job security, receive higher pay, and build better communities, and wants to share it with you. Don't know what category design is? He'll cover that too! Be The Stage will be treating the first 20 people who RSVP for lunch, which will be held at the BLANKSPACES office. Lunch will be ordered from Mendocino Farms and we will be collecting lunch orders prior to Tuesday, 12/5. You can look at the menu here: https://order.mendocinofarms.com/menu/santa-monica.

Afternoon options...
1) Stay at BLANKSPACES until they close at 5pm. 2) Join a group to walk over to Pacific Park, the amusement park on Santa Monica Pier. Rides, arcade games, sweet treats...the possibilities are endless!
BLANKSPACES closes. Head out for Happy Hour at the Santa Monica Whaler.
