Crafting Winning Proposals for the Tech Conferences

Prague

May 9, 4:00 – 6:30 PM

Applying for a tech conference? Two experts from Kiwi.com and one from BEsmart, who have successfully navigated these waters numerous times, will offer insights into crafting winning proposals and reveal what program committees are truly looking for in a submission. You'll have the opportunity to participate in a practical exercise that will leave you with a draft for your speech proposal.

About this event

Conferences are amazing when it comes to the personal and tech branding, right? But the rejection is common when applying; the more well-known the conference, the fiercer the competition for a slot in the program. To address this challenge, our upcoming CFP* meetup will feature three expert speakers who will share their practical tools and experiences with the CFP process. We will offer insights into crafting winning proposals and reveal what program committees are truly looking for in a submission.

*Call for Papers – an announcement inviting people to send a proposal/written suggestion for a talk that they would like to give at a conference.

All meetup talks will be delivered in English.
