Corina Gheonea

As the Global Director of the UiPath Community, I develop and align our community strategy with the organisation's mission and objectives, and empower our community team members to do their best work for the growth of the community. I have been in this role for over 5 years, and I am passionate about building a thriving community that cares for the people and the mission it represents. I have over 12 years of experience in community development and entrepreneurial environments. I co-founded two disruptive educational initiatives, the Alternative University and the Entrepreneurship Academy, a bachelor's degree in business administration for the entrepreneurial community. I am also contributing as a community advisor and mentor for startup leaders or large companies. I am always happy to contribute to new ideas and give my time and expertise in guiding others through 1:1 or in conferences about growing communities.
