Hello, Talkbase users! You asked, and we listened! We're excited to introduce the new Contact Profile page, giving our core CRM feature a makeover and adding some nifty features to give you more control over your members' data.

A New and Improved UI
The first thing you'll notice is the new look of the Contact Profile Page. It's not just a touch-up; it's designed to make your interaction smoother and more intuitive:
- Simple navigation: Easily switch between tabs, making information more accessible and reducing the need to scroll.
- Auto-save feature: All the information you enter is automatically saved. Never worry about losing updates you make to your members.
- Easy edit: Click 'Edit' to change info quickly.
Get ready to explore the enhanced Events tab, where every event connection is now within easy reach. With these new insights, you can foster deeper engagement and curate future events that resonate with your community's interests:
- Event stats: Quickly view which virtual, in-person, and hybrid events your contacts are engaging with.
- Attendance records: Attendance and participation as a speaker or host are now neatly separated for a clear understanding.
- Interest tracking: Identify which event topics captivate your members the most.
- Granular data: Dive into detailed participation metrics for a comprehensive understanding of overall event engagement.
Streamlined Information Management
Simplifying your profile management, you can now more easily and efficiently keep up with your community:
- Profile handling: Easily update and manage notes, bios, photos, and custom details for your community members, ambassadors, and speakers.
- Data tracking: From basic contact details to birthdays and t-shirt sizes, every piece of data is within your reach.
- Data collection: Use the "Profile Request" feature to have members fill in their details, saving you time and ensuring accurate and up to date contact information in your records.
- Instant sync: Once a member completes the form, their data is automatically updated on their Contact Profile Page.
Introducing the Insights Tab
We're also super excited to introduce the brand-new Insights tab for each contact. It's a game-changer when it comes to understanding the overall activity and event attendance of your community members across all your integrated channels:
- Activity overview: Quickly catch up on your community members' recent activities, such as joining groups and participating in discussions and events.
- Event attendance: Easily track their engagement in various events and get insights into their interests.
- Community activity count: See how your community members interact across all your integrated channels, giving you a complete view of their involvement.
We've designed these updates based on user feedback, aiming to enhance your community engagement efforts and allow you easier access to manage your members’ information.
